Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery policies. We keep delivery charges to a minimum and don’t profit from them—all deliveries are fully insured. To guarantee a smooth and stress-free experience, our white glove delivery service ensures your table arrives with the care and attention it deserves. You will be charged a flat rate of £200 for UK mainland addresses. Please request a quote for locations outside of this. You will be contacted when your table is ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. We ask that you take receipt within 30 days. Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm. If you miss your arranged delivery date, redelivery charges will apply.
Before Your Table Arrives
Please carefully consider access to your dining room. Will your table fit through all doors, hallways, and stairwells? We cannot be held responsible for tables that don’t fit into the intended space, and any re-deliveries or modifications will be charged to you. Please note that our white glove delivery team will not move your existing furniture as they are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical wiring or equipment. They will need to confirm that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.

Each dining table is carefully packaged using premium protective materials to ensure safe delivery without damage during transport.
On Delivery Day
- Inspect your table immediately upon delivery for any damage
- If you sign the delivery receipt without noting damage, we cannot process damage claims for transit issues

Custom Manufacturing
All dining tables are made to measure for your specific space. We work to dimensional tolerance limits of ±0.3%. When you provide measurements, we assume these are the total dimensions required, including any fixtures or fittings.
Design Considerations
- We cannot be responsible if your table doesn’t fit due to measurements within our ±0.3% tolerance
- When working from your design specifications, you share responsibility for design functionality and stability
- Porcelain patterns vary naturally—we cannot select specific pattern areas or guarantee exact pattern placement
- Weight is significant with porcelain tables—please discuss concerns before ordering
- Tables are delivered fully assembled unless otherwise specified
Material Characteristics
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personal preferences regarding porcelain pattern variations, colour differences, or natural material characteristics. Porcelain surfaces vary by design, and patterns can differ even within the same piece.
