You can view your table from every angle, choose your porcelain surface, select your base style, and see exactly how your finished table will look. You can also download a PDF of your chosen configuration to save or share your design. Once you’re happy with your design, simply add it to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Q: Can I see samples before ordering? A: Absolutely! We offer samples of all materials so you can see and feel the quality and colours in your own space. Porcelain stoneware samples are £15, real wood samples are £10, and we can also provide metal edge veneer samples if requested. The cost of all samples is fully reimbursed against your final furniture order, making them essentially free when you purchase your table.
Q: Do you offer design consultations? A: Yes, we provide free design consultations to help you create the perfect table for your space. We can work remotely through video calls, photos, and detailed discussions about your requirements.
Manufacturing & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to make my table? A: Our standard delivery time is 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. Each table is handcrafted specifically for you at our Chatteris facility, so we need time to ensure every detail is perfect.
Q: Where do you deliver? A: We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery costs for dining tables include full insurance. We’ll contact you when your table is ready to schedule a convenient delivery time.
Q: How is my table packaged for delivery? A: Each dining table is carefully packaged using premium protective materials to ensure safe delivery without damage during transport.
Q: How much does delivery cost? A: Delivery is a flat rate of £200 for all dining tables to mainland UK addresses. This includes full insurance, professional handling, and delivery to your door. We’ll contact you when your table is ready to schedule a convenient delivery time between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We’ll discuss weight considerations during the design process and ensure proper delivery arrangements. Our professional delivery team handles all the heavy lifting and positioning, so you don’t need to worry about moving your table once it arrives.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much do your tables cost? A: Pricing depends on size, design complexity, and chosen materials and is shown on the product page when you configure your item. We provide transparent prices with no hidden costs. Contact us for a personalised quote for any specific requirements.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and offer flexible payment options through Klarna (Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days).
Returns & Warranty
Q: Can I return or exchange my table? A: As all tables are custom-made to your exact specifications, orders cannot be cancelled, altered, or returned once production begins. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure you’re completely happy before we start crafting your table.
Q: What if my table arrives damaged? A: We stand behind our quality. If your table arrives damaged, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us immediately with photos and details of any damage.

Factory & Visits
Q: Can I visit your workshop? A: Our Chatteris facility is a working factory and isn’t open to public visits for safety reasons. However, we offer comprehensive remote consultations and can show you our processes through video calls and detailed photos.
Q: Where are your tables made? A: Every table is handcrafted at our purpose-built facility in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. We use the finest Italian porcelain stoneware combined with British craftsmanship and attention to detail.
