Payment Security & Process

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. Your card details are never stored on our servers, ensuring your financial information remains protected.
Payment Authorization
All payments are subject to validation and authorization by both our systems and your card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud. If your payment isn’t authorized, your order cannot be completed.
Card Payment Issues
If your card is declined, please check that:
- All details entered match your card exactly
- Your name and address match the cardholder details held by your card provider
- You have sufficient funds or credit available
If problems persist, please contact your card provider. Some banks may temporarily reserve funds even if a payment is declined.
