Custom Order Policy
All dining tables are custom-manufactured to your exact specifications. Manufacturing begins immediately upon order confirmation to ensure prompt delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of our tables and immediate production start, all orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, altered, or returned once placed.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a faulty or damaged table, we will repair or replace it. Please provide detailed written descriptions with photographs of any damage. However, we cannot offer additional discounts or refunds beyond repair or replacement.
Design Changes
Once your order is confirmed, any requested design modifications or additional drawings will incur additional charges. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
Important Notes
- We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by customer modifications (such as fitting different legs to table tops)
- We make educated design assumptions based on your table’s style and functionality when details aren’t specified
- All sales are final once production begins
