Order samples of any porcelain surface, wood base, or metal edge veneer, and discover exactly how they’ll look and feel in your space.

What You Can Sample

Browse our complete collection and request samples of any porcelain surface that catches your eye—from dramatic marble veining to subtle concrete textures. You can also order samples of our beautiful real wood bases to see how different species and finishes complement your chosen surface. Don’t forget our metal edge veneers, which add that perfect finishing touch to contemporary designs.

Simple Ordering

You’ll find “Order Swatch” buttons throughout our collection. Simply click to add samples to your order. Each sample is carefully cut to show the true character of the material, including texture and finish variations. Porcelain stoneware swatches are £15 each, wood swatch samples are £10 each, and we can also send you metal edge veneer swatches with your sample order. The cost of all samples is fully reimbursed against your final furniture order, making them essentially free when you purchase your table.

Ordering swatch samples is the best way to experience the colour, movement, texture and finish of our porcelain stoneware surfaces and wood base finishes before placing your final table order. This page explains how our sample service works and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between this page and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

1. Purpose of Swatch Samples

Samples are provided to help you make an informed decision before committing to a custom-made dining table. They allow you to view materials in real lighting conditions and to compare colours and finishes within your own space.

2. Ordering Samples

You may order samples of any porcelain stoneware surface, wood base finish or metal edge veneer we currently offer.
Quantities are subject to availability—some materials have limited sample stock.
Sample charges apply and are shown at the point of ordering.

3. Sample Costs and Credit

Swatch samples are chargeable; however, the full value of your sample order will be credited against the price of your final table order when placed using the same customer details. This effectively reimburses the cost of samples for purchasing customers.

Sample charges are otherwise non-refundable.

4. Natural and Manufactured Variation

It is important to understand that samples are indicative only:

Porcelain stoneware and natural materials involve inherent shade, pattern and movement variations from batch to batch.
A small sample may not show the full range of variation present across a complete tabletop.
Screen displays, printed images and photography may not accurately represent material colour—samples always provide the most reliable preview.

By purchasing samples, you acknowledge that the final product may differ slightly from the sample you received due to standard manufacturing tolerances and natural variation.

5. Sample Size and Appearance

Sample pieces are cut-down sections of full-size slabs and finishes. They:

may vary in size and shape;
may not contain the full veining or pattern distribution found in larger slabs;
should be used only as a general guide to colour, tone, and texture.

6. Delivery of Samples

We ship samples using trusted carrier partners. When you provide a mobile number during checkout, you may receive delivery updates by text message. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and demand.

7. Condition and Care

Samples are intended for preview purposes only. They are not sealed, finished or polished to the same degree as full tables and should not be used as functional items.

8. Returns of Samples

Samples are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged sample, please notify us within two working days with photographs and we will arrange a replacement where stock allows.

9. Using Samples to Confirm Your Table Order

Samples should be reviewed before committing to a table order. Once a custom table order is placed, production begins promptly and orders are final sale except where Goods are faulty or not as described (see our Terms & Conditions).

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Swatch Samples Policy affects your statutory legal rights.
