Delivery
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery policies. We keep delivery charges to a minimum and don’t profit from them—all deliveries are fully insured. To guarantee a smooth and stress-free experience, our white glove delivery service ensures your table arrives with the care and attention it deserves. You will be charged a flat rate of £200 for UK mainland addresses. Please request a quote for locations outside of this. You will be contacted when your table is ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. We ask that you take receipt within 30 days. Standard delivery times are Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm. If you miss your arranged delivery date, redelivery charges will apply.
Before Your Table Arrives
Please carefully consider access to your dining room. Will your table fit through all doors, hallways, and stairwells? We cannot be held responsible for tables that don’t fit into the intended space, and any re-deliveries or modifications will be charged to you. Please note that our white glove delivery team will not move your existing furniture as they are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical wiring or equipment. They will need to confirm that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personal preferences regarding porcelain pattern variations, colour differences, or natural material characteristics. Porcelain surfaces vary by design, and patterns can differ even within the same piece.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty guarantees that our products will be free from faults or defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years
The warranty only applies:
to the person who purchased the products. It is not transferrable to any other person;
to products used within the environment intended by their design, for example bathroom products used within a bathroom and not bathroom products used in, for example, a garage;
to products used and installed in accordance with any guidelines provided by Tailor-made;
where the purchaser of the products has validated the warranty in accordance with paragraph 4 below;
The warranty does not cover:
items purchased by you from Tailor-made which are manufactured by another manufacturer;
damage caused or contributed to by poor, faulty or incorrect use, installation or maintenance;
damage caused or contributed to by events outside our control including but not limited to Acts of God, fire, explosion, contact with corrosive matter, extreme weather conditions, flood, vandalism, soiling, misuse, abrasion, improper storage following delivery, rot and/or infestation following delivery, leaks (or similar incidents), damage due to non-domestic use;
damage or colour deterioration caused or contributed to as a result of normal wear and tear;
damage caused or contributed to by alterations or repairs other than those carried out by ourselves;
damage caused or contributed to by the removal of the products following initial installation;
damage caused or contributed to by wilful damage, abuse, mistreatment, negligence, abnormal storage or environmental conditions;
damage caused or contributed to by household animals and misuse by children.
To validate the warranty you must:
fill in the registration form provided with the products; and
register the warranty covering the products within one calendar month of delivery of the products by following the instructions on the registration form.
To make a claim under your warranty you must complete our warranty claim form.
Following the filing of a claim we will investigate the claim and if we believe there is a defect or fault covered by the warranty, we will at our option either repair the defective product (or part), replace the defective product (or part) or issue a refund of the price you paid for the products.
If you do not allow the our representative to review the product which is subject to the warranty claim you will invalidate the warranty in respect of that claim.
Any repaired or replacement product parts shall be guaranteed on the terms of this warranty for the unexpired portion of the warranty period only.
This warranty is non-transferrable and is personal to the original purchaser as shown on the invoice.
This warranty is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law.
